The analyzer provides the% LEL value, which is the lower explosion limit (LEL) being defined as the concentration (indicated in Vol%) of a mixture of combustible gas and air that under standardized conditions can ignite and continue to burn. The LEL of all known flammable gases and vapors is in the range of approx. 0.5 to 15 Vol%. 

The gas detector can alert the operator in the area where the leak occurred, thanks to its audible and light alarm.
