It can illuminate an area of a A5, 100 cm²  or electroluminescent wire 3m 

Uses 2 AA batteries (allows use of rechargeable and alkaline batteries)

It has several modes: 

Always on 

Slow flashing 

Fast flashing 

The modes are selected with a side button
